Apex Trade Show prints and ships custom canopy tents, banner stands, backdrops, table covers, signs and more to businesses across the United States and Canada. We started with canopies and grew into the whole booth, so you can order every branded piece from one supplier and have it all match. Every order comes with a free artwork proof.

Apex is a two-year-old company built by a team with 12 years of experience in printing. We are a team of 15 based in Vancouver, Canada: industrial printers, marketers and brand builders. The printers know what a file does on press, the marketers know what a booth has to achieve on the show floor, and the brand builders make sure your logo and colors look the same on every piece.

We have supported 900+ booth setups. That experience shapes how we work: we check your artwork before it prints, we send a proof for approval, and we plan around the date your event starts.

How we work: online, with production houses across the US

Apex is an online business. There is no storefront, and every order is placed on our website. Our team is in Vancouver, and we produce through production houses in popular US trade show cities, including Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Orlando and New York. Each order goes to the production house best placed to produce it and get it to your address, which keeps delivery times down and means your order is printed close to the event. We ship across the United States and Canada, and pricing is available in USD or CAD.

What we make

• Displays — retractable and X-stand banner stands, step & repeat and tension fabric backdrops, and SEG modular kits.

• Send your artwork, or let us design it. We check every file at no charge.
• Approve a free proof. Nothing prints until you say yes, in writing.
• We print and ship. You get tracking, and we ship across the US and Canada.

• A free artwork proof on every order.
• A 5-year limited warranty on frames, and 1 year on everything else.
• A free reprint for print defects for 1 year.
• A reship if your order arrives damaged and you tell us within 3 days.
