Frequently asked questions
How is a convex feather different from an angled one?
Only the top edge. The convex curves gently where the angled runs forward, giving a softer, rounded silhouette and slightly less print area at the top. Both use the same pole kit, the same bases and the same 9, 10.5 and 14 ft sizes, so the choice is how the flag should look rather than what it can do.
What is the difference between "with hardware" and "graphic only"?
With hardware includes the flexible pole kit and a base so the flag is ready to fly. Graphic only is the printed flag on its own — for customers who already own compatible hardware.
Single-sided or double-sided?
Single-sided prints the front in full color; the reverse shows a mirrored print-through. Double-sided prints two separate faces with a blockout layer between them so each side reads correctly.
Which base should I choose?
A spike base (included) pushes into grass for outdoor use. A cross base or metal plate base (small upcharge) weighs the flag down on hard floors indoors. A water bag (+$20) adds ballast for outdoor hard surfaces where you cannot drive a spike — fill it on site and empty it before transport.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 6–8 business days after proof approval; rush is 2–3 business days. This is production time — shipping/transit is additional.

What artwork file formats do you accept?
JPEG or PDF (single page only), up to 300MB. CMYK — convert Pantone and spot colours before sending. 150dpi for raster images, which is ample for large format. Build artwork to the ordered size; scaled artwork is detected and fitted, and do not include bleed or crop marks. Convert live fonts to outlines. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.
