Coroplast Signs

Coroplast is 4mm corrugated plastic. It is light enough to carry in with the rest of a booth kit and stiff enough to stand on its own as a directional or check-in sign. We print direct to the sheet with UV ink in a matte finish, single sided or double sided, and cut each sign to the size you order. Flutes run vertically as standard, which is the direction that lets a sign sit on an H-stake.

Frequently asked questions

What size can I order?

From 6" x 6" up to 48" x 96", cut to the size you enter. Flutes run vertically as standard. A sign wider than 48" runs horizontal flutes instead.

What is the difference between single and double sided?

Single sided is a 4/0 print with the back left white. Double sided is 4/4, printed on both faces. Double sided artwork has to be supplied as two separate files, one per face.

How do I mount the sign?

Two optional finishing choices are available. No. 2 brass grommets let you hang or tie the sign to a frame or a fence. A 10" x 30" steel H-stake pushes into the ground and holds the sign upright. Add either one to the order; neither is included by default.

Can I use these outdoors?

Yes. The sheet is 4mm corrugated plastic and the ink is UV printed direct to it, so there is no laminated surface layer to lift at the edges. We do not publish a rated outdoor lifespan for this material, so treat it as event and short-run signage rather than permanent exterior signage.

How fast is production and shipping?

Artwork approved before 6am PST ships the same business day. Approved between 6:01am and 11:59pm PST ships the next business day. An order over 300 pieces adds one business day. Shipping time is separate and depends on the delivery address.

What artwork file formats do you accept?

A single page JPEG or PDF per face, in CMYK, at 150dpi or higher for raster artwork, built to the ordered size with no crop marks and no bleeds. Maximum upload is 300MB. A double sided sign needs two separate files.

What sizes are available for coroplast signs?

We print coroplast signs in custom sizes from 6"×6" up to 48"×96". Enter your exact width and height on the product page and we will quote it.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on coroplast signs?

Yes. Pricing is wholesale and the per-piece price falls as the quantity rises. Send your quantity with your quote request and the volume price is included in the quote.
