PVC Board Signs

PVC board is a 1/8" expanded PVC sheet. It is stiffer than coroplast and holds a flat face without a frame behind it, which is what makes it read as a permanent sign rather than a temporary one. It is also light enough to pack into a case and reship between shows, where an aluminum composite panel of the same size is heavier to move. We print direct to the sheet with UV ink in a matte finish, single sided or double sided, and cut each panel to the size you order.

Frequently asked questions

What size can I order?

From 6" x 6" up to 48" x 96", custom cut to the dimensions you enter. The board comes in one thickness, 1/8".

What is the difference between coroplast, PVC and ACP?

Coroplast is 4mm corrugated plastic. It is fluted and light, which makes it the short-run choice for signage that only has to last an event. PVC board is a 1/8" expanded PVC sheet: rigid, with a smooth face that reads as a permanent sign, and light enough to pack into a case and reship between shows. ACP is an aluminum composite panel and is the heavier of the three. PVC is the indoor workhorse in the middle.

Can I print both sides?

Yes. 4/0 prints one face and leaves the back white. 4/4 prints both faces. Each artwork file is a single page, so a 4/4 sign needs one file per face.

How do I mount a PVC panel?

Grommets are the one optional finishing on this material. Add them to the order and the panel can be hung or tied. Nothing else is supplied with the sign, so screws, standoffs and frames come from your side.

How fast is production and shipping?

Ordered before 12pm PST it ships the same business day. Ordered before 4pm PST it ships the next business day. An order over 100 units adds two business days. Shipping time is separate and depends on the delivery address.

What artwork file formats do you accept?

A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi, with a 1/16" bleed on all four sides. Note that this differs from our large format banners, which take 150dpi and no bleed: a rigid panel is trimmed after printing, and without bleed the cut can leave a white edge. Keep text and logos clear of the trim. Maximum upload is 300MB.

What sizes are available for pvc board signs?

We print pvc board signs in custom sizes from 6"×6" up to 48"×96". Enter your exact width and height on the product page and we will quote it.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on pvc board signs?

Yes. Pricing is wholesale and the per-piece price falls as the quantity rises. Send your quantity with your quote request and the volume price is included in the quote.
