A lanyard is the thing every badge, ID card or exhibitor pass hangs from, and on a show floor it is worn all day — which makes it one of the cheapest ways to keep a logo in front of a crowd for hours at a time. Choose polyester or nylon for a clean one- or two-colour imprint, woven or tubular for a heavier feel, or full-colour dye sublimation for artwork with gradients or photography. Every lanyard is finished with the attachment style you pick — swivel hook, bulldog clip, split ring or cell phone loop — and a breakaway safety clasp can be added to any of them.

Frequently asked questions
What materials are the lanyards available in?
Polyester, nylon, woven and tubular, plus full-colour dye-sublimated printing for artwork with gradients or photography. Polyester and nylon take a clean one- or two-colour imprint; dye sublimation is the option to pick when the logo has more than a couple of colours in it.
What widths and lengths can I order?
5/8", 3/4" and 1" widths, each in a standard 36" loop length. Tell us if your badge holder needs a longer or shorter drop and we will confirm it on the proof.
What attachment options are there?
Swivel hook, bulldog clip, split ring or a cell phone loop. A breakaway safety clasp can be added to any of them — worth considering for a staffed booth where a lanyard might catch on equipment.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. A single-side imprint is standard; a double-sided imprint repeats the design (or a second message) along the full length so it reads correctly no matter which way the lanyard twists.
What is the minimum quantity?
100 lanyards, and we print up to 10,000 in a single run.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
A print-ready vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts outlined. Dye-sublimated full-colour artwork can be supplied as high-resolution CMYK art instead. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on custom lanyards?
Yes. Pricing is wholesale and the per-piece price falls as the quantity rises. Send your quantity with your quote request and the volume price is included in the quote.
