The stock is 95 bright gloss C2S with a matte coating applied to both faces, so it does not glare under booth lighting and it takes a pen if someone wants to write on the back. Printed full colour on one side or both, cut to 3.5" x 2" and boxed. Square corners are standard, and rounded corners are cut from a template.

What stock are the cards printed on?

Matte or gloss — what is the difference here?
The stock itself is gloss C2S, which is coated on both sides. We then apply a matte coating over both faces, so the card you receive reads matte: no shine under booth lighting, and a surface that takes a pen if someone wants to write on the back.
Should I print one side or both?
4/0 prints the front and leaves the back plain, which is the cheaper option and gives you a clean surface to write on. 4/4 prints both faces, so the back can carry a QR code, a stand number or a second language. Both are full colour CMYK.
Can I get rounded corners?
Yes. Square corners are standard. Rounded corners are cut from a template, so pull the template before you design and keep anything you cannot afford to lose away from the corner radius.
What is the minimum quantity?
100 cards, and we print up to 25,000 in a single run. Cards are cut to 3.5" x 2" and boxed.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi, with a 1/16" bleed on all four sides. The bleed matters on a small card: the cutter works to a tolerance, and artwork built exactly to 3.5" x 2" with no bleed can leave a white edge on one side. Keep text and logos clear of the trim. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.
