Flyers, 80lb Enviro Uncoated

Uncoated 80lb flyer standing in an acrylic literature holder on a booth counterUncoated flyers in four different sizes laid side by sideBallpoint pen notes written directly onto an uncoated flyer

Flyers on 80lb enviro stock, an uncoated sheet containing 30% post-consumer recycled content. Uncoated means there is no gloss layer sealed over the paper, so the sheet takes pen and marker and a visitor can write on it at the booth without the ink beading off. It also reads matte under exhibition lighting rather than throwing glare back at whoever is reading it. Printed full colour on one side or both, cut to size and shipped flat, so nothing arrives with a fold you did not ask for.

Frequently asked questions

What stock are the flyers printed on?

80lb enviro stock, which contains 30% post-consumer recycled content. That figure is what the mill states for this sheet and it is the only recycled-content claim we make for it.

What does uncoated mean in practice?

There is no gloss or matte layer sealed over the paper, so you are handling the sheet itself. Two things follow. It takes pen and marker, so someone at the booth can write a price or a date on it and the ink stays put. And it does not throw glare back under exhibition lighting the way a coated sheet does.

What sizes can I order?

Six: 3.5" x 8.5", 8.5" x 5.5", 4.25" x 11", 8.5" x 11", 11" x 17" and 17" x 22". Every one is cut to size and boxed.

Should I print one side or both?

4/0 prints the front and leaves the back blank, which gives the visitor a clean surface to write on. 4/4 prints both faces, so the back can carry a schedule, a map or a QR code. Both are full colour CMYK.

What is the minimum quantity?

25 flyers, and we print up to 100,000 in a run. Optional bundling is available if you want them split into counted stacks rather than loose in the box.

What artwork file formats do you accept?

A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi, with a 1/16" bleed on all four sides. Keep text and logos clear of the trim, because the cutter works to a tolerance and artwork built with no bleed can leave a white edge. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.

How fast is production and shipping?

Production and delivery timing are confirmed with your quote. We ship across the United States and Canada — see our Shipping page for delivery details.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on flyers, 80lb enviro uncoated?

Yes. Pricing is wholesale and the per-piece price falls as the quantity rises. Send your quantity with your quote request and the volume price is included in the quote.
