Printed on 10oz matte mesh vinyl with a 70/30 perforation, so roughly 30% of the surface is open holes and air passes through instead of pushing against a solid sheet. That is what cuts the load that makes solid banners flap and tear on a fence line, a scaffold or a stadium rail. Waterproof and UV safe, and still holds bold outdoor colour. Hemming and No. 2 Stimpson brass grommets are included, sewn with white double stitched thread.

Why choose mesh over solid vinyl?
The material is a 70/30 perforation, meaning roughly 30% of the surface is open holes rather than vinyl. Air moves through those holes instead of pushing against a solid sheet, which is what cuts the load that makes a solid banner flap and tear on an exposed fence, a scaffold or a building wrap.
Does the perforation affect print quality?
The print is full colour UV printed and reads normally at viewing distance. Up close you can see the perforation, which is why mesh is used for large outdoor pieces read from a distance rather than for small indoor signs.
How is a double sided mesh banner made?
Differently from our solid vinyls. On 13oz and 18oz a double sided banner is printed front and back on one ply of material. Mesh cannot work that way because it is perforated, so a double sided mesh banner is two printed banners sewn back to back.
Will it arrive rolled or folded?
Rolled up to 96" on the shortest side, and folded above that.

What artwork file formats do you accept?
JPEG or PDF (single page only), up to 300MB. CMYK — convert Pantone and spot colours before sending. 150dpi for raster images, which is ample for large format. Build artwork to the ordered size; scaled artwork is detected and fitted, and do not include bleed or crop marks. Convert live fonts to outlines. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on mesh banner?
