What size can I order?
Any size to the inch, up to 10' x 145' single sided. A pole pocket is sewn from the same material and costs width, so with a pocket the maximum is 9.5' x 145'; double sided is also 9.5' x 145'. Larger than that is produced by welding panels together and is quoted on request. Pricing is by the square foot, so you are not limited to stock formats.
How is the banner finished?
Standard hems, white double stitched thread and No. 2 Stimpson brass grommets are included at no charge, so it is ready to tie off out of the box. Pole pockets in 2", 3" and 4", windslits, velcro, webbing with D-rings, sewn-in rope and reinforced corner tabs are all available; the ones not shown in the configurator are quoted on request.
Will it arrive rolled or folded?
Rolled when the shortest side is 88" or under, folded when it is 89" or over. A folded banner can carry crease lines from transport, which relax over a few days once it is hung.

What artwork file formats do you accept?
JPEG or PDF (single page only), up to 300MB. CMYK — convert Pantone and spot colours before sending. 150dpi for raster images, which is ample for large format. Build artwork to the ordered size; scaled artwork is detected and fitted, and do not include bleed or crop marks. Convert live fonts to outlines. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts on 13oz vinyl banner?
Yes. Pricing is wholesale with automatic volume discounts — the more you order, the lower the per-piece price. The discount is applied instantly as you increase the quantity.
