An 18oz matte vinyl built as a PVC face front and back with a blockout layer sandwiched between them, scrim reinforced. That middle layer is the point: it stops light passing through the banner, so two different prints never bleed into each other. It is the right pick for a true double sided banner and for bright locations where a single-layer banner would show its back image. Waterproof and UV safe. No. 2 Stimpson brass grommets are included, and hemming is included on single sided banners.

What makes it suitable for double-sided printing?
The construction. It is a PVC face front and back with a blockout layer sandwiched between them, scrim reinforced. That middle layer stops light passing through the banner, so the image on one face cannot ghost into the other. A single-layer banner cannot do this, which is the whole reason to specify 18oz blockout.
What is included, and what is not?
Hemming is included on single sided banners only, along with No. 2 Stimpson brass grommets. A double sided banner is hemmed as a charged option rather than free. Pole pockets, windslits, webbing with D-rings, sewn-in rope and reinforced corner tabs are available; velcro is not offered on double sided.
Will it arrive rolled or folded?
Rolled when the shortest side is 88" or under, folded when it is 89" or over. A folded banner can carry crease lines from transport, which relax over a few days once it is hung.

What artwork file formats do you accept?
JPEG or PDF (single page only), up to 300MB. CMYK — convert Pantone and spot colours before sending. 150dpi for raster images, which is ample for large format. Build artwork to the ordered size; scaled artwork is detected and fitted, and do not include bleed or crop marks. Convert live fonts to outlines. We check every file at no charge and send a free proof before printing.
